Apps: UX, UI, and Digital Product Management

I work on the conception and evolution of digital applications, from the strategic stage through launch and ongoing operation.

My work includes market analysis, user behavior research, and the definition of experience architecture, developing wireframes, complete user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces. I also build scalable design systems prepared for white-label scenarios and multiple product variations.

Beyond UX/UI direction, I oversee the entire app development and launch process, acting as the bridge between design, technology, marketing, and executive leadership. I coordinate multidisciplinary teams composed of designers, researchers, marketing specialists, and developers, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency across the experience.

Recent projects include the apps Tocalivros and Via Livros, platforms focused on the digital consumption of literary content. The projects focus on mobile-first design and accessibility.

This work combines product design, leadership of creative teams, and business vision, with a focus on creating intuitive, scalable digital experiences designed to drive engagement.
